I was really grateful to have Dave in my corner, particularly as a first-time buyer. He's got knowledge of housing construction in addition to understanding of the real estate market. That really comes in handy when you're viewing homes. He warned me off a property that I wouldn't have been able to tell was a bad deal. He also went to bat to negotiate on my behalf to cut a few grand off the final price. Generally pleasant and competent to work with.
