Heather Gool at Coldwell Banker Advantage is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. This was my eighth home purchase but my first in the last 10 years and my first in North Carolina. Overall the process is the same, but the devil is in the details. Heather made sure I was aware of and understood how the process worked.
