The real estate world became of interest to me when I bought my current home in NC. My company relocated me to this area, and after having a rather pleasant buying experience, I decided to explore opportunities in real estate. In 1997, I left a long career in retail management and training and joined the world of general brokerage in which I began my career working with Fonville Morisey and continued with that firm for 8 years.
In 2005, I joined Coldwell Banker Advantage as BIC of the Wake Forest office. My responsibilities included recruiting, training and building an office team. These skills have served me well in my volunteer roles at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®. As I learned more about our industry, I realized more involvement in our Association would better enable me to educate and help my clients, my team, and serve my colleagues by being a voice on our local Board and by serving at the state level.

Created a Presidential Advisory Group in 2020 entitled "Making Room at the Table." This group of extremely diverse RRAR members led to the creation of a DEI Director position on the RRAR staff and the change of name from the Diversity Committee to the DEI Committee.
NCR Involvement: Director 2011 to present. I have attended numerous NCR conventions and taken particular interest in Government Affairs, Risk Management and currently serve on the NCR Forms Committee, chaired in 2019-2020. I take special interest in the Finance, and Budget issues at the state level due to their impact on our day to day business and our members. Serving as NCR Region 10 RVP for 2022-2023.
Lewis was our realtor again managing through the sale process of now a townhome. Market conditions did get more and more challenging as we go. I really appreciated his and his team patience keep marketing the unit, follow pricing info and keep property listing relevant. I was so thankful we got it sold.
