My name is Karla Gonzalez. I moved to this wonderful land of opportunity decades ago. I encountered all kinds of challenges as a young teenage girl coming into an entirely different culture that felt like a whole new world to me! I lived in the Midwest for 3 years before traveling to North Carolina and quickly finding myself falling in love with all the beauty this state has to offer, from the mountains to the coast. We decided to move here and I have lived in the Triangle for almost 30 years ever since. I’ve spent the majority of those years living in Apex, a city where my husband and I have raised all 3 of our kids and that I now consider my hometown. All of my experiences were really just a way for me to learn the great life lesson that only hardship and struggle can truly grow a person. I found grace and kindness on my path to discovering my greatest passion - to serve! Before choosing to become a realtor I worked as an interpreter, meeting the needs of the medical providers, parents, and children that came to our office. I also have some management experience in the wholesale industry. Beyond the workplace, I have invested much of my time in serving the community through our local church. I spend the rest of my time exercising, cooking and exploring new places. Ultimately, my goal is to continue serving people in a new way - by helping families to find their dream home and to smoothly transition from their current home to a new one. Karla has that unique quality of speaking with warmth, from the first interaction my wife and I had with her we could notice it, plus she is authentic and always carries herself in the same way, so it seems like you are working with someone of your own family. He supported us in a long and intensive search for the house of our dreams, always answering all our questions and each of the calls and messages we sent him (which were many and sometimes due to our craziness on the weekend and during non-working hours). She also speaks perfect English and Spanish, in our case she was very helpful since there were concepts that we did not fully understand. She was able to give us suggestions throughout the process, give us clues as to what we should identify and pay attention to. In addition to this and thanks to her experience and networking, she has a wide range of contacts/suppliers that are first class and necessary if every detail is required to be covered in the acquisition of a home. Let me tell you about a person that goes far beyond of excellency, that is the most professional, kind and hard worker and that person is Karla Gonzalez. Buying a house is an unknown territory for most of the population, myself included, but when I met Karla all this uncertainty disappeared, she was since the minute one, patience to explain to me every single detail of what the process was going to be, she even prepared in advances proactively material for me to have at a hand and explained to me in a professional but understandable way for someone that is not in the business. Karla was always proactive and several steps ahead on the process to ensure the actions to take were in my best interest and benefit, she was always communicative and deliver all results during my process with the highest quality and understanding. She is on top of everything bilingual so that was key for us to make it happened, she was present and knowledgeable in every single thing such as real state, legal, construction side, etc. she was always there for me. Karla is one of the top high quality hard workers that I have seen in the business and outside business. For me, if it wasn't for her would not be in materializing this dream I am living today, I would be lost without her expertise, knowledge and kindness. Until recently we lived in Brooklyn NY, we were renters. In April we thought “let’s consider looking at homes in NC.” My sister, gave me Karla’s contact information. Karla, worked with my niece to purchase her first home. Karla, came highly recommended. I sent her an introductory email and that began our professional relationship. Karla, provide great information, answered all questions and provided insight into the realty process in North Carolina. As the saying goes…. We came on 5/16/21 we saw and we HAD to have our home. Karla, provided guidance(we were excited I mean models are staged so nicely we were like kids in various toy shops! However, Karla, was aware of things we should be aware of and kept us on track). More importantly, Karla, ensured that our concerns and needs were addressed timely and efficiently. Karla, even took the lead on negotiating and having an addendum placed in the builders contract! Karla, is SAVVY,PROFESSIONAL, COLLABORATIVE and EMPATHETIC! These traits along with just her dignity and personality is what every buyer needs from their realtor. We were beyond satisfied with our decision to work with Karla! I did mention we lived in New York! So yes….. the majority of our collaboration was done via phone, text, email and at times FaceTime! We never had a problem, a doubt or a regret! We recently closed (6/30/21) on our amazing newly constructed house and if it were not for Karla, none of this would be possible. I have bought and sold many homes throughout my life time, but none of the experiences where like this one. When I first met Karla, I knew she was the agent for me, Karla has such a kind demeanor about her while always being professional. I never felt like this was a business transaction, Karla explained the whole process and answered any questions or concerns that I may have had, and there where not many.
