My name is Karla Gonzalez. I moved to this wonderful land of opportunity decades ago. I encountered all kinds of challenges as a young teenage girl coming into an entirely different culture that felt like a whole new world to me! I lived in the Midwest for 3 years before traveling to North Carolina and quickly finding myself falling in love with all the beauty this state has to offer, from the mountains to the coast. We decided to move here and I have lived in the Triangle for almost 30 years ever since. I’ve spent the majority of those years living in Apex, a city where my husband and I have raised all 3 of our kids and that I now consider my hometown. All of my experiences were really just a way for me to learn the great life lesson that only hardship and struggle can truly grow a person. I found grace and kindness on my path to discovering my greatest passion - to serve! Before choosing to become a realtor I worked as an interpreter, meeting the needs of the medical providers, parents, and children that came to our office. I also have some management experience in the wholesale industry. Beyond the workplace, I have invested much of my time in serving the community through our local church. I spend the rest of my time exercising, cooking and exploring new places. Ultimately, my goal is to continue serving people in a new way - by helping families to find their dream home and to smoothly transition from their current home to a new one. We truly can't thank Karla enough for a lovely selling experience. We learned from a poor experience when we first bought the home that we needed to do our due diligence in finding the right agent for us when we sold it. And I'm endlessly grateful we found Karla. We could tell from the first call that she was going to put her heart into the process and she never let us down. She is prompt, resourceful, and genuinely an incredible person to work with. We truly felt like she was in our corner, from finding competitive and reliable contractors for repairs to making sure the virtual staging did the home justice. She expertly navigated the market and brought us an offer for asking within three days of listing! We had already moved a couple hours away, but Karla was on top of everything, keeping us updated on inspections and repairs, and even mowed the lawn herself before closing. Karla was the best!!!! Her commitment to helping us throughout the entire home buying process was amazing. She helped answer any questions my wife and I had and would even go above and beyond in providing documents and reports to us with information on different properties we wouldn’t have known to look for if it wasn’t for her. On the day of closing she even did one final walk of the house and noticed the trim in our primary suite was still cracked and covered with paint she made sure it was repaired fully and that we were getting our dream home. We would not have been able to get through this process without her!

Buying a house can be a very stressful experience. But finding Karla was the best thing that happened to us. "Working with Karla has been wonderful! We met in an unconventional way (at an open house), and she was very patient with us as we asked lots of questions and decided on her to be our realtor. She toured quite a few houses with us to help narrow down exactly what we were looking for in a house. She was up front about the price each house would likely sell around (if something was listed high, was a good deal, etc). She was realistic about what we could reasonably offer on different houses and how much of a due diligence should go along with the offer. She was honest about the benefits and drawbacks to living in different areas of the triangle to make sure we were making an informed decision. She was flexible with our schedules to accommodate our toddler’s sleep schedule and attention/tolerance span for driving around the area.
