Lee acknowledge a request from his company to interview as a selling agent and was accepted as our representative. We were with another company for over 60 days and interviewed another agent from a different company in our selection process. Lee does not assume, he asked for our thoughts, guided us through the steps in the process we were starting to initiate, and most important demonstrated that he care about our thoughts and issues by listening and clarifying and restating what we said. We felt comfortable with his integrity and genuine display of honesty. Lee is a no nonsense agent that is respectful of his clients. He accomplished the main task of narrowing the price the house should be sold by running comparisons of other homes that were similar to our home that had recently sold or were active in the market. In doing this he required approval from us and made sure we were comfortable with the upcoming process of showing our home. More importantly, he was comfortable in knowing that he could sell our home in 5 percent or less of the asking price. It should be noted that we paid for an appraisal before accepting Lee and additionally called in repairmen to insure safety and broken items were repaired or replaced. The home inspection was the main task to clear after we obtained an offer to buy. Our home was on the market for less than 10 to 12 days after finalizing the paperwork with Coldwell Banker Advantage. We sold our home for $4,000.00 dollars ( or 1.85% ) less than the asking price. We were appreciative of Lee’s commitment to insure an asking price that was based on our home value. Lee is a professional who knows his job requirements and openly states he is perfecting his job skills. If he does not know the answer he tells you he will investigate an inquire to obtain the correct answer. He is a matter of fact, discipline realtor that gives outstanding service in a timely manner. We first met Lee when we inquired about a Zillow listing in Lewisville, NC over four years ago. We were toying with the idea of moving from Washington state to NC and were not seriously pursuing home purchasing at that time. He was adamant that we would not be wasting his time if we looked at a few homes with him anyway.Over the next four years, every time we came to visit our daughter in NC (about five times), Lee was more than happy to show us a few homes. He was very good about keeping in touch and sending listings our way. He had an excellent sense of what we were looking for.After all this time, we finally made the decision to move to NC, but COVID 19 hit and we were not able to make the "real" house hunting trip in person. With the help of our daughter, Lee took us on video tours of a few houses and in a couple of weeks we made an offer on our new home (without ever setting foot in it!). The process was seamless and we had tremendous faith in Lee (and our daughter) to honestly point out any issues that we would have seen, had we been physically in the homes.The first time we did set foot in our new home, it was EXACTLY as we expected. We will use Lee again and recommend him to anyone we meet for their real estate buying/selling needs!

Our relocation package gave us a choice between 3 realtors; we chose Lee because unlike the others, he showed excitement at the prospect of working with us. Rather than treating us like "just another listing" Lee actually took the time to educate us on the selling process and kept us up to date on everything. The result was a house that sold for 6% above asking price within HOURS! We had a contract in less than a day with multiple offers and our phones were blowing up with showing requests that we had to turn down. The kicker? One of the agents we chose not to go with was satisfied with a selling price that was $30,000 less than what we sold for. Lee is professional, courteous, meticulous and a true teammate, which is exactly what we were looking for.

I relocated to NC after being an Arizonian. I feel so blessed to have found Lee McConnell to work with on my new adventure to live on the water (after years of living in the high desert of AZ). Upon our first meeting it was apparent that I had made the right choice.....He was the most professional young gent I had met in a long time....including a wardrobe that showed his professional nature. He began with probing and asking question to gain the information that he needed to help me find the perfect home. Two days later we were in the car and on our way to look at homes. 1- He had 7 showings arranged 2- All on the water as I had requested 3- Each home was in the price range that I had informed him that I was looking for. 4- With no time to spare ---- Lee took me to this cute local café for lunch that was quick as we had homes to see. So thoughtful and such a gentleman. We did not find the perfect home that day but I had no doubt that he would continue to search---and as of course he did. On our 2nd day out TA DAAAA--- There it was... The perfect HOME!!! He and I discussed our striates and knew that we had to move fast as this was such a fabulous home and it would not stay on the market for long... As first time home buyers, we really couldn’t be happier that we found Lee, his excellence is solid and consistent. His expertise and timely response makes him really reliable and trustworthy. Me and my husband we are first time home buyer and we had tons of questions to ask and we were very impressed every time when we got the response from Lee. He is expert in his field and very knowledgeable and always direct you in right direction. At first we liked a condo home which was on short sale, that was a bit lengthy process in terms of getting approval done than a buying from seller directly. And unfortunately that process took around three months and when we didn’t get approval from bank for almost 3 months so we became impatient and asked Lee to show us more homes in case if bank doesn’t approve it so at least we should have another option to look into it. Lee promptly showed us 2 new homes, out of which we liked one more than condo home on short sale. We asked Lee to make an offer to seller without wasting time and we were so lucky to have Lee that he made this whole experience so smooth and short and within a month we got approval from seller plus mortgage people. Now we have moved to our new home and feel so blessed that we had such a cooperative realtor who was ready to take next step 24/7 no matter day or night. Some realtors are like you need to push them to hurry things but Lee was on top of everything whatever we were thinking he was ahead from us. He helped us in a way as he was buying home for himself.
