They also attended our closing to ensure everything went smoothly and stopped by our home ahead of time to ensure it was move-in ready, and nothing needed attention before the purchase finalized. The entire process was fun, smooth and easy for us thanks to all the work they did behind the scenes. Calling the Pea Hill Team was probably one of the best calls I have ever made. We live in Europe and just bought an incredible house on lake Gaston that was only on the market for a total of 48 hours. Or rather, the Pea Hill Team bought it for us ! Even though we had never actually met in person, Doug Merrifield and his team took care of everything and allowed me to close the deal from overseas and on time.
