As a Cary native, Norma Higdon has lived in the Triangle all her life. Her passion to help people led to a very successful real estate career and she has been assisting Buyers and Sellers in Wake County since 1997. She has seen so much growth and change over the years; what were once the small towns of Cary, Apex and Holly Springs are now thriving, bustling communities. Referrals are a main source of business for Norma, and anyone in the real estate industry will tell you that a high referral rate is the hallmark of a great REALTOR®. Norma has recevied many awards, including membership into the 2014 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, which is based on sales quota over a given year.

If you are relocating to the area, Norma is a wealth of information and can help her clients find the perfect home for their particular needs. Whether it is luxury homes, first time home buyers, or families needing more space, Norma knows how to help each one.
When she is not selling Real Estate, Norma enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and relaxing with her friends. She and her husband Paul live in the quiet countryside just outside of Apex with their beloved Shelties, who are, according to Norma, "the most beautiful dogs in the world".

If you want results, this is the realtor to choose. Norma was our real estate agent for 4 property sales. She is dedicated to the seller and compassionate to the buyer. She will give you reasonable expectations and stand behind them. We lived in the Siler City area for 7 years and developed many friendships. Twice we hired realtors from this group. Unfortunately, neither was able to move the property. Norma took the reins and "boom" we had results. During our last two transactions, we were living in Texas. She did all the footwork. She met with the city planners, found folks to clear our land and updated us frequently. Her father died during the last negotiation. Norma continued to act as the intermediary. Despite her loss, she balanced her professional and family commitments and finished the offers. A true processional and loads of fun to be around. We wish she practiced in Texas.
Norma was the listing agent for the sell of our house in Apex (we had lived in / raised our kids for 21 years). She has the honest and upfront approach of a seasoned/experienced real estate agent. My wife and I totally appreciated her professional and unfiltered assessment of the sell-able condition of our house and her recommendations for repairs / refresh to get it ready to put on the market. We completed everything she recommended (she gave us several names to contact for estimates of repair work). One week later, our house sold the day it was listed with multiple offers. During the whole process she kept in touch with us either by email or text. She walked us through and kept us updated throughout the listing / selling process. We were so confident with her abilities - not to mention the friendship that grew out of our exchange - that we also had her help us with the purchase of our new house.
I have not found a more knowledgeable realtor since I moved here in 1989. She is honest and has a ton of integrity. She respects the other realtors and during my buying process she provided such valuable guidance.
Give Norma a call today you will not be disappointed.
