Falls Lake is known for fishing, boating and swimming, as well as walking and mountain biking as part of the state’s Mountains-to-Sea Trail. Falls Lake is a 12,000 acre lake with 26,000 acres of woodlands surrounding the lake. There are not that many waterfront homes, however there are quite a few neighborhoods that border the lake with easy foot access. There are also several state recreation areas to access the lake: Beaverdam, B.W. Wells, Highway 50, Holly Point, Rolling View, Sandling Beach and Shinleaf. The area is serviced by our Creedmoor, Falls River and Raleigh offices.
