Raleigh, NC:
On May 16th the Gregg Museum of Art & Design is hosting an Inside/Out Scavenger Hunt and Ice Cream Party from 6:00-8:00 pm. The first five people to answer the clues to the scavenger hunt correctly win a prize!
The 40th annual Artsplosure - The Raleigh Arts Festival will be returning to Fayetteville St. on May 18th and 19th. There will be around 180 artists selling original works of ceramics, fiber art, glass, jewelry, paintings and more!
The IBMA Midtown Bluegrass Series occurs weekly on Sundays from 2:00-6:00 pm. Bring a blanket and listen to some bluegrass music at Coastal Credit Union Midtown Park
Morrisville, NC:
SpringFest is returning on May 18th from 4:00-9:00 pm. There will be food trucks, games, rides, live music, and other entertainment!
Chapel Hill, NC:
The 2019 NC Angelman Syndrome Foundation Walk will be on May 18th from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. This walk is to help find treatments and even a cure for Angelman syndrome. There will also be food, crafts, raffles, and music.
The new Bloom Fest will be coming to downtown Chapel Hill on May 19th from 1:00-6:00 pm. There will be art activities, performances, floral displays, and more including Blawesome's 20-foot Carolina-themed floral archway.
Wake Forest, NC:
The Heritage High School Chick-fil-A Leader Academy will host its second charity 5k benefitting the Hope House of Wake Forest. The Run for Hope will be on May 18th from 9:00-11:00 am.
