As the number of REALTORS® in the Triangle area continues to grow, we believe it is our responsibility to help our agents earn more than their Fair Share of the business while creating and maintaining a balance in their life. This is why we are committed to helping agents build and grow teams.
Real estate is a booming industry that more and more people are trying to get involved in. In 2018 alone, we had over 39,000 transactions in the Triangle area with over 11,000 real estate agents.
With these market factors in mind, we believe at Coldwell Banker Advantage that real estate teams are very important in helping agents grow and succeed. Being on a real estate team can provide numerous benefits to an agent including having a better quality of life, income stability, and more room to individually specialize in areas that they are best at. These are all reasons why we started our team boot camp seminar for all interested real estate agents in the Triangle area.
