CBA President Discusses Elevating Women Real Estate Professionals On Nation-Wide Panel

Recently, our President, Rick Gregory, had the privilege of joining an insightful nationwide panel discussion alongside industry leaders at the most recent Anywhere Voices event.

Hosted by Sue Yannaccone, President and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors, this event marked the 5th anniversary of the What Moves Her initiative, a program dedicated to empowering women in their personal and professional journeys within real estate.

Rick joined Ginger Wilcox, President of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, along with other esteemed panelists, to discuss the increasing role of women in leadership in real estate and the broader market. The conversation was about focusing on serving the unique needs of women and all REALTORS® with a personalized approach to the development and coaching if they are to serve all their agents properly.  

One of the key takeaways from the discussion was the importance of balance and mindfulness as a key element of a company's support of their agent's career aspirations.  In an industry that can be very satisfying but also very consuming, companies must understand each agent’s ‘why’ and to help them remain focused and not be influenced by shifting headlines and external noise.
