Monday March 8, 2021: Coldwell Banker Advantage has merged with Century 21 On The Lake to create one of the largest real estate firms serving the Buggs Island/Kerr Lake market. Branded as Coldwell Banker Advantage, this new combined real estate company will be located at 412 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, VA.
Following a remarkable 2020 in which Coldwell Banker Advantage experienced tremendous success throughout Kerr Lake, Lake Gaston, central and eastern North Carolina, CB Advantage’s increased investment in Clarksville, VA is designed to provide more support for its professional real estate agents, provide greater services to their clients and show its commitment to support all communities around Buggs Island Lake.
