Hi, I'm Marsha and here's a little bit about me. I moved to the Raleigh, North Carolina area 21 years ago from Charleston, West Virginia where I was a home decor district trainer and coordinator for contractors and builders of a national home improvement chain, and I am a graduate of Marshall University. A new job opportunity as an interior designer and manager of a family owned firm brought me here, and I am happy that I made the decision to make the Triangle area of North Carolina home. I currently live in Apex, NC with my husband Curt and our sons Dylan & Joseph. I am very knowledgeable about the school systems and activities in the area and am active in the community through serving on the board of the Apex Friendship High School Patriots Athletic Club as the fundraising chair and team parent for football and teaching preschoolers in bible class at church.
I decided to make the transition into real estate because of my love for homes and my background in working with builders, contractors, project management and homeowners. My experience has proven to be a valuable asset to my clients in regards to the home buying and selling process with all the details and deadlines that have to be met. I will be with you every step of the way and guide you through the negotiations and a successful close.
I recently earned the Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS), Strategic Listing Specialist (SLS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations for the sole purpose of meeting my client's needs. Success means different things to different sellers. For some sellers that means selling within a specific time frame, and for others it's all about selling at the right price, and I have the right strategy to meet your goals. I started noticing a trend in the questions that I was getting from clients, friends and family about the process of looking at homes that meet their needs as well as the needs of their family members. I have the resources and strategies in place to help the different generations in your family reach their goals in the home buying and selling process. Listening to the needs of my clients has always been my top priority and needs change over time, and I will be here ready to help any way I can.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, and when you are ready to buy or sell a home in Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Harnett or Johnson counties, I will be here to help you every step of the way.
Marsha has a gentle demeanor, but she is thoroughly professional. She was on top of the whole process and made sure that all of our questions were answered. She represented us well in both a home purchase and a home sale.
Marsha came through at a rough time for us. We had just let go of our previous realtor and she exceeded all of our expectations. We had alot of specific criteria - we had to move at a certain time, location, etc and Marsha was cool and calm throughout the process and ATTENTIVE! She is someone who communicates - which is something we lacked before ! Her experience is invaluable especially for first time home buyers like us. We would recommend her wholeheartedly and would use her in the future as well as recommend her to anyone else!
You can trust Marsha with the sale of your home or buying a new one -- 100%. Marsha is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented and wonderful to work with. She made our home buying process easy and stress-free. She also gave us some outstanding references for some renovation work we needed done. If you like working with a genuine person that is great at what she does, give Marsha a call!
