Hi, I'm Marsha and here's a little bit about me. I moved to the Raleigh, North Carolina area 21 years ago from Charleston, West Virginia where I was a home decor district trainer and coordinator for contractors and builders of a national home improvement chain, and I am a graduate of Marshall University. A new job opportunity as an interior designer and manager of a family owned firm brought me here, and I am happy that I made the decision to make the Triangle area of North Carolina home. I currently live in Apex, NC with my husband Curt and our sons Dylan & Joseph. I am very knowledgeable about the school systems and activities in the area and am active in the community through serving on the board of the Apex Friendship High School Patriots Athletic Club as the fundraising chair and team parent for football and teaching preschoolers in bible class at church.
I decided to make the transition into real estate because of my love for homes and my background in working with builders, contractors, project management and homeowners. My experience has proven to be a valuable asset to my clients in regards to the home buying and selling process with all the details and deadlines that have to be met. I will be with you every step of the way and guide you through the negotiations and a successful close.
I recently earned the Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS), Strategic Listing Specialist (SLS), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations for the sole purpose of meeting my client's needs. Success means different things to different sellers. For some sellers that means selling within a specific time frame, and for others it's all about selling at the right price, and I have the right strategy to meet your goals. I started noticing a trend in the questions that I was getting from clients, friends and family about the process of looking at homes that meet their needs as well as the needs of their family members. I have the resources and strategies in place to help the different generations in your family reach their goals in the home buying and selling process. Listening to the needs of my clients has always been my top priority and needs change over time, and I will be here ready to help any way I can.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile, and when you are ready to buy or sell a home in Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Harnett or Johnson counties, I will be here to help you every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Marsha. We had an unusual title situation with a property my sister who is out of state was purchasing. Marsha was attentive to detail and stayed on top of all parties involved (attorney, builder, HOA) for daily updates. She kept both my sister and I updated at all times. She was always available to answer questions. Knowledgeable on all aspects of home buying and reached out to get us answers to anything she didn’t know. And when we had concerns if the sale would ever go through Marsha was always there with her calm disposition reassuring us that everything will work out. And it did! We were truly pleased to have her on our team.
When our paths crossed with Marsha we weren't looking for our forever realtor. She was the real estate agent associated with one of the first houses we liked enough to call for a viewing and we were actually nervous about taking that leap. It was one of the best decisions we made. Marsha did everything we could have asked of her - she listened to what we wanted and made the search process so much simpler than we ever imagined. She was patient, honest, always available for our never-ending questions and we truly felt she was invested in our family. If we could give Marsha 50 stars, we would!
I really thanks Coldwell banker for assigning Marsha as my realtor. Her professionalism, attention to detail and dedication help me find the first house of my dreams.
