Meet KC Lee, “I sell value rather than price.”

KC Lee not only sees himself as a trusted real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Advantage but also as someone who goes the extra mile to ensure his clients' success – now and in the future.

“My goal is always to be their consultant,” he says, “to give them value and work toward building their asset portfolio.”

Not surprisingly, KC’s business background speaks to his passion.

He graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in his native Seoul, South Korea. He worked for LG Chemical for a decade in government affairs and purchasing strategy. KC then moved on to a management position in a leading cable television company, where he oversaw business planning, marketing, and operations for more than 10 years.

He continued his education in economics at Yonsei University Graduate School and ultimately became CEO of Korea Cable Telecom (KCT). After retiring, he ran an outdoor retail business under the Tongoutdoor brand in Seoul for 13 years. But KC longed to be with two daughters, one son, and his wife in the United States.

After settling in North Carolina with his family, he wanted to utilize his expertise and experience to become a real estate broker and agent.

After he earned his real estate license, he immediately hit the ground running, serving home buyers and sellers in the Sandhills region of North Carolina. KC was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2022 for the Southern Pines/Pinehurst office of Coldwell Banker Advantage – and he continues to excel.

He is eager to extend his domain to the Triangle area affiliated with Coldwell Banker Advantage. Being engaged in the community is also important to KC. He is among the first to volunteer locally and serve as the Secretary-General for the Korean American Association of Fayetteville, NC. He has market expertise and a confident negotiation skill. He is trying to anchor his customers to clients who keep a long-term relationship.

When not working, KC enjoys various outdoor activities – from camping and hiking in the mountains to trail running in the forest. He also enjoys playing golf and hanging out.
