Both of my parents have been in real estate for many years. My mother went in first and my father followed in her footsteps once he retired from the Air Force. Growing up, around the dinner table I would hear my parents talking real estate business and it was a huge part of my life. After I earned my History degree at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, my father urged me to get my real estate license. I have been a licensed agent for about 5 years, working part time for the first 4 during my local teaching career in Wayne and Greene county.
In 2019, I decided to pursue real estate full time and have been working as the Property Manager for Executive Property Management. I manage the day to day business operations of 125 homes, including marketing rentals, signing leases, and coordinating repairs.
Although I work in property management, I still work with buyers and sellers everyday to purchase and sell homes. It brings me great joy to help someone find their forever home or to help someone move onto the next step in their life. I think that I make a great agent because I am ambitious, reliable, and I truly care for my clients. I look forward to working with you!

I originally found Stacie when we were stationed in NM. She found a local agency in NM to help us sell our home who did not disappoint. When we PCSd we lived on base for two years before contacting her again to find our home. She asked what we were looking for and delivered. She knew the area we wanted and kept a look out for homes coming on the market where she would immediately call us and schedule a showing right away. Stacie is very knowledgeable about the areas and honest. She’s down to earth and personable. It was very easy working with Stacie. She also gives reputable recommendations for inspections and lenders. She was straight forward and responded fast to any concerns or questions. Right before listing, we switched to utilizing Stacie's services. She was prepared, professional, and knew what she was talking about at our first meeting. She consistently stayed on top of things, got us contractor quotes, answered many questions, and helped navigate through some hurdles including dealing with POAs and the military. I wouldn't hesitate to sell or buy with her in the future.

Five stars don't come lightly. But Stacie has earned every bit of it through the sale of our home. It has been quite a process that required patience, negotiation, encouragement, and lots of hoops to jump through. But she was with us every step of the way. Answering questions, giving recommendations for local experts, or just being a friend to rely on for communication and lifting spirits. She's an incredible realtor and person, you can't go wrong with having her help you buy or sell a home. We did both with her, and we don't regret a second!

Stacie helped us sell our first home and purchase a brand new one. The selling was a breeze, she listed it quickly, and we had an unbelievable amount of showings in just a few days! She helped us navigate the offers and was wise and professional with any advice given. Our home needed a few repairs and she was quick with giving us options to help. With purchasing our new home, we faced MANY obstacles and challenges (none related to her, all with the builder). She called and persisted to make sure everything was taken care of. It was a lot of work and advocating that she had to do on our behalf. I wouldn’t say we were the easiest to work with either but she NEVER complained or showed anything less than absolute professionalism. She is very wise on the market and carries a lot of experience beyond her years as an agent. I WILL hire her again (hopefully not for 30 or so years) and I WILL be recommending her to anyone I meet who in the market to buy or sell.

We used Stacie to sell our home in Goldsboro and could not be happier! We live states away and Stacie made the process so smooth our distance wasn’t even a factor. Communication was great throughout the process, she was always prompt in responding. Stacie successfully navigated us through the process, including repairs that needed to be made, pricing to be competitive and a buyer who got cold feet and backed out. Ultimately she made the necessary things happen to get potential buyers to the house, great tours to get them interested and was able to negotiate the best deal for us. We would definitely recommend Stacie to anyone else that needed a real estate agent!

Stacie was absolutely amazing!! We got orders at the last minute with less than a month to put our house up for sale. Stacie went far beyond with helping us with last minute things we couldn't do before we left. She took so much pressure off for us. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
