Sue was born in Raleigh and has lived in the Triangle area all her life. A graduate of Louisburg College (Business) and Meredith College (Paralegal Certification) – she knows this area like only a lifelong native can! She raised her family here and worked several years in the legal industry before deciding to transition to a career in Real Estate in 1997. Looking for something to utilize her legal background as well as working with people, Real Estate was the natural choice.
Sue says, “In today’s Real Estate industry, resolution of issues is key to closing successful home sales and purchases”. With her legal background and knowledge as well as a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, Sue is known for resolving difficult issues when necessary and providing excellent service always.
She’s a Relocation Specialist experienced at assisting Sellers moving out of the area and introducing Buyers to her hometown. She has a passion for meeting the real estate needs of everyone from first time home buyers, young individuals, families and seniors. To meet all of these real estate needs, Sue continually enhances her skills and knowledge through continuing education having earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Negotiation Specialist, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist).
In her spare time, Sue dedicates her time to FORLTC (Friends of Residents of Long Term Care) an organization dedicated to not just the emotional support of families and friends dealing with Long Term Care residents but also in making necessary changes happen.
