PJ is amazing! As a first-time home buyer, he provided me with the perfect amount of guidance, especially for the crazy house market of Spring 2018. We looked at houses online and saw houses in person, and every time, PJ provided me with the truth about each house and how we thought it would work for me. He was honest and never tried to push me into a house if we were not sure about the structure, price, or neighborhood. PJ truly cared about my wallet (he respected my budget, a must when houses are going 5k-10k over sale price), my desires, what I needed (one person with a 3 lb dog does not have to have a giant house for a starter home), and my safety (if a neighborhood didn't sit right with him for me, he told me right off the bat). He even dealt with my somewhat aggressive house searching nature and my reliance on my father's opinion. I couldn't have had a better agent! If I ever need to buy a bigger house, I'll know who to call!

PJ is amazing! This has been the best real estate experience. He guided us in the process of selling a home and purchasing a new one. He gives honest advice and will not steer you in the wrong direction. We are very glad to have worked with him and glad to have a long-time friend in him. If we could give more than 5 stars he surely would deserve it. PJ is the best! Thank you for all you have done to help us!
