Sharon did a great job advising us on selling our 26 year old house and what to do to compete with newer houses. She arranged the cleaning people, painters, carpet installation, staging service and other aspects of making our house competitive. We had an offer that we accepted 4 hours after opening the house for viewing. She did a great job and we would definitely use her again and give her the highest recommendation possible.
