Born in Greensboro and moved to the triangle area in 1995, I have been in real estate for over 20 years. I have been recognized each year in my career with outstanding customers service and sales rewards.

While working in real estate, I was able to raise my children and take care of my beloved mother, father and sister. Real estate has been a true blessing to me and I can honestly say, "I love my Job." I could not imagine myself in any other career as I enjoy working with people and making their dreams come true.

Could not have picked a better person to negotiate on our behalf! We used Pat (and her partner Tony!) to both sell our current home and purchase a new one. Pat and Tony always answered our phone calls, emails and even text messages. They came to every meeting prepared and were ready to advocate for us on both ends. Not only this but we had a little family emergency in the mix of it all. They accommodated us without question and were on site before most of the world was awake. We are very thankful we found Pat and Tony and recommended them 10/10 times.

Pat and her real estate partner, Tony Hicks, did a wonderful job. They make the perfect Team. Their personality traits compliment each other which assists tremendously when negotiating. They know the area very well. Pat is a very truthful, no non-sense agent that will not provide you with the fluff most agents will give you. She has extensive experience, not only as an agent, but an agent who has lived here locally. Tony Hicks is the smooth talker that will butter the bread of anyone you are communicating with for the needs of your purchase. Pat was very prompt with all communication and document coordination. I used Pat as a buyers' agent for my recent real estate purchase. She is super knowledgeable about the local area where I was attempting to purchase a home, and because I was coming from another state this proved to be very valuable. She gave me info on local shopping, utilities, and where to find any needed services. She gave me very useful information on the builder ( what types of properties and how much care the builder puts into their community), the local pricing in the community where I purchased, and whether or not I should be concerned with working with this builder. She was always available to answer questions that I had about my purchase. She gave me insight on whether to take closing cost monies or other means of builder contributions to the purchase. Pat checked the progress of the build and assured me of things going well with the completion of the home. Pat's expertise was an invaluable asset to my home purchase being successful and completing on time. Since closing on the home Pat has been in contact with me to make sure that all is still going well. I would definitely recommend Pat Kibler as a consummate real estate professional!

Our home was not a cookie cutter development property. It had land and a unique location. We did not want a realtor that would use Zillow or any other mathematical appraisal to get to the selling price. We chose Pat Kibler after reading many recommendations. Once my husband met her, he was sold. Pat used her experience to market our home, coming up with the appropriate listing, always consulting us along the way. We were all on the same page from day one.Throughout the entire process Pat was responsive, informative and professional. Her knowledge of the area and sense of humor certainly helped as we were out of state and trying to sell during the Corona Pandemic. We would totally recommend Pat Kibler as a realtor. Working with Pat, made the buying of my first house fantastic. Besides being easy on the eyes; Pat knows her stuff. She goes way above and beyond her scope of duty making my partner and I feel secure and in great hands. She helped with the "blue tape" and took her time to make us feel at ease with this purchase. I loved Pat the first 2 seconds of our meeting. Pat helped us out with everything imaginable. I was at rest, knowing Pat had our back with everything (except coffee during FOM; LOL) Pat definitely took the stress out of buying our dream home.. Shenandoah has a sparkling gem with Pat Kibler and hopefully knows it. I would not change a thing- Pat ROCKS
