I am a proud, and rare, Chapel Hill, NC native. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999 and own a family antiques business in Chapel Hill. I have lived in Durham, NC since 2004 with my husband and our two elementary age sons.

Since 1999, I have been an entrepreneur in the world of fine antiques. Currently, I am the President of Whitehall Antiques, a nationally renowned, family-run antiques business which has been a Triangle staple on East Franklin Street in Chapel Hill since 1930. I travel to France and England to hand-select the fine pieces Whitehall carries in both the shop in Chapel Hill and at top charity antiques shows across the country. I am very proud to carry on Whitehall’s long tradition and reputation for integrity, value, and service. The same reputation and services I bring to my real estate clients.

Following through on my life-long passion for real estate, I branched into real estate brokerage; applying my extensive business skills and experience for my real estate clients. I bring business savvy, experience in sales and purchasing, attention to detail, and an eye for excellence to all my clients for a better overall experience in purchasing or selling their home. And as an active member of both the Chapel Hill and Durham communities, I can provide unique and in-depth insights. My real estate clients capitalize on my decades of experience in the region when choosing a home or investment property or selling their home.

I love being involved in my communities of Chapel Hill and Durham. I have worked actively as a volunteer for community organizations including Planned Parenthood, Orange County Rape Crisis Center, George Watts Montessori Elementary Magnet School PTA, the Durham Association of Educators, and the Durham People’s Alliance. I am proud that during my 2-year tenure as PTA President, I brought Safe Touch Classroom Programs to the school, coordinated the Summer CLIMB Program to help young students stay on track over the summer, and actively engaged with the African American and Hispanic Communities building relationships to work collaboratively to help close the achievement gap and on a number of other issues for the betterment of all students and families in Durham public schools.

Elizabeth Lindquist did an absolutely excellent job helping to sell our home. She was always available and she knew the market. She understood the details of getting a home ready to sell and then marketing it. She prepared an information binder, held open houses, and worked tirelessly until we achieved a successful sale. She was also very personable and calm which we greatly appreciated! I highly recommend her.
