Mallory Kubasko radiates optimism and enthusiasm.

“I’m definitely a People Person!” says Mallory, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage. “I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping them in the home buying or selling process. It’s really a no-brainer that I would go into real estate.”

Part of her commitment includes utilizing the latest marketing and technology tools to better serve her clients.

“Let’s face it, we live in a digital age,” she says. “Studies show that most home buyers begin their search online, so it just makes sense for home sellers to leverage technology. One reason why I joined Coldwell Banker Advantage is because they are ahead of the curve.”

Prior to real estate, Mallory worked in the marketing field in Raleigh. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at N.C. State University. An interest in counseling also led her to take additional classes. Once again, it all comes back to a commitment to help people.

Mallory and her husband Braxton are newlyweds with an adorable Goldendoodle named Mollie. The couple recently purchased their first home in Smithfield. Braxton is a minister of music at their church, where Mallory is involved in volunteering. Another cause close to her heart is a ministry called In His Hands, a nonprofit group that offers support and counseling to pregnant women in crisis.

For Mallory, home is where the heart is – and a love of community, and people, just make life better.
