John is a native of Wake Forest, NC. For the past 5 years John has been a civil servant and worked for the City of Raleigh as a 911 dispatcher. His knowledge of Raleigh and Wake County as a local surpasses that of many. He is a second-generation Realtor, proud to be working alongside his father on Team Hamel. From the start John was very information and helpful. This was our first home buying process so we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. John walked us through each step of the process, some steps multiple times until we actually understood the information. This was nice dealing with a real estate agent who showed patience and was able to share his knowledge and thoughts. For every house showing, he was quick, prompt and on time to each scheduled event. Before we found our home, my Wife and I, after several showings, grew worrisome about finding the right house and wanted to take a break.
