We worked with Jennifer as part of relocation. We are really disappointed with the work that was done. House was put on sale by August. We moved out of property to hotel temporarily by doing all the staging so that Jennifer gets time to sell the property and she can bring in more customers. Out of 3 months hardly 5 or 6 showing happened. I agree the fact that sometimes due to season , showing happen less but the price point that house was set was unreaLISTIC and this is because we were guided incorrectly. First time into house selling we relied on Jennifer to assist us n deciding the price, showing etc but we got no result. We have zero response , no marketing skills and finally we got a word as if you want to go to another realtor, we can go. That sentence disappointed my wife and we finally moved to another realtor which sold the house in 15 days and that too in december. By putting the house in August, if jennifer would have done right job, i would have sold the house 3 months before and gained few thousand dollars more.
