Jen was an assistant principal at Holly Ridge Elementary until recently joining Coldwell Banker Advantage. Prior to working in Wake County Public School System, she enjoyed a successful real estate career in Wake County. In 2006, Jen earned the Bronze Award for Top Sales as a New Agent at Coldwell Banker HPW.  As an educator, she has a wealth of knowledge about the various schools and businesses in Southern Wake County, and can help guide you through the changes in school assignment plans.  She is dedicated to building relationships, one client at a time. This dedication to professionalism and networking has helped her build a successful business, selling over $3 million in real estate her first year alone.

Jennifer graduated from St. Lawrence University in New York with a M.Ed. in Counseling and has a C.A.S. in Education Administration from SUNY Oswego. Her undergraduate degree is in Economics and Business. She continues to take business and technology courses to best serve her clients with today's tech savvy real estate business.  She has completed the RRAR Code of Ethics training and Investment Property Sales. Jennifer moved here from upstate New York in 2006 with her husband, Ken, who serves as the middle school principal at Holly Grove. She has four children including: Brian, who is completing an international business degree in Marsaille, France; Alexis, a sophomore at NC State University; Cassie, a junior at Holly Springs High School; and her youngest daughter, Jamie.

 When she is not busy with real estate and volunteer work, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends at Jordan Lake. Last summer, Jen and Ken went to Peru on a mission trip to assist with church renovations in Tarma. The two expect to return to Peru next summer to help with additional repairs.

My Husband and I were looking into relocating from Massachusetts to North Carolina in early spring. From the very beginning communicating with Jen was fantastically easy. Jen impressed us with her professionalism, positive energy and thorough knowledge and passion of real estate. She reviewed our family friendly goals and introduced us to homes and neighborhoods that would meet our needs.
Since we still needed to sell our home in MA she made sure we had an excellent preview prior to purchasing a home in NC. In addition Jen connected us to a stellar Coldwell Banker Agent in MA who sold our home in a swift amount of time. Throughout the whole process Jen stayed in touch and really gave us a wonderful support system. Once we relocated to NC Jen worked with us daily to find the perfect home. When the right property was found Jen worked diligently to make our dreams happen. She really went above and beyond to make purchasing the home easy; gathering documents quickly, educating us, answering all of our questions, setting up appointments for various inspections. On top of balancing everything she did an absolute phenomenal job with negotiations. We just recently closed and could not be happier, being in our new home feels like heaven. What started off as a little glimmer of relocating became a reality because of Jen! She made this overwhelming process so easy, fun and most of all satisfying.

Jen made a normally very stressful time very smooth without any bumps along the way. I think the thing that impressed me the most was her fast response time. No matter what time of day or night she always responded to my texts and phone calls. I would definitely recommend her!!
