As a native North Carolinian and a Raleigh resident since 1963, I've witnessed the tremendous growth of our state. In particular, the Triangle area of Raleigh - Durham - Chapel Hill, and the surrounding cities of Cary, Apex, Wake Forest and Garner. All have capitalized by the creation of The Research Triangle Park. RTP, as it's known, is home to many pharmaceutical, hi-tech and biotech companies.
As a licensed real estate broker since 1994, and proud member of Coldwell Banker Advantage, I love what I do! That is helping new and previous clients buy and sell homes. I have years of relocation experience with many of the major corporations that are located in the Research Triangle Park and in the Triangle area.
Prior to my career in real estate, I worked for 20 years in my family's business that specialized in ladies clothing, where I became CEO in 1982. During my tenure there, I was elected President of the Merchants Association of North Hills Mall and named Manager of the Year by North Hills, Inc in 1983.
In January 1967, I enlisted in the Marine Corps for 4 years and completed a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1969. From 1971 - 1975, I attended Brevard College and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, majoring in Business.
My real estate site provides everything from property sales, pictures, MLS, school information, loans, mortgage, real estate investment, FREE reports, real estate news, as well as, the buying and selling process. Proudly serving Wake County of North Carolina including Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, I welcome the opportunity in helping you with relocation, moving, residential resale, new homes, townhouses, single-family homes, and luxury homes.
