Getting to Know Mike

A Consistent Top Producing Lake Gaston Realtor with a genuine interest for getting to know people and creating friendships long after the settlement date. A real estate transaction has many “moving parts." I aim to make that process as smooth as possible to meet your end goal.

A Lake Gaston property owner myself for over 30 years, I keep a pulse on the constantly ever-changing market. A down to earth common-sense approach along with my knowledge & resources at the ready can be an asset in your sale or search of lake property. Other than real estate, I have been serving as a BB&T (Truist) board member since 2010.

When not out with a client, you’ll find me spending time with family & especially with my two grandsons. As an avid outdoorsman, you can find me at the lake or coast fishing or out hunting when the season calls for it.

The old saying "a referral is the best compliment anyone could get" has worked. I have been able to build a successful business through satisfied customers and referrals. When considering listing our home for sale, Mike was always the top recommendation. We are delighted we chose Mike and Pamela (Coldwell Banker team) to sell our home. This is my 4th house experience and Mike made this my easiest one. He took us to have the electricity turned on and took us to the local furniture store to order our living room. Gave us contacts for everything we could need and has always called us right back with concerns we had. Brenda at his office kept us up to date with things needed to be done or things we wanted. Their was never a point Mike was tired of us with phones calls and questions. He met us at the new home three times before we even bought the house and was willing to meet us more if that is what we wanted. He is simply awesome!!!! I hope you can have the same experience with him, when you choose to use him for your needs.
