With over a decade of experience in real estate, I have built my career on a foundation of passion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Having lived in several states before settling in North Carolina in 2002, I understand firsthand the importance of finding the perfect place to call home, and l've made it my mission to help others achieve that same feeling.

Throughout my 10 years in the business, I've had the privilege of assisting countless clients in buying and selling homes, always striving to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to serve a diverse community and better meet the needs of my clients. I stay active in my community and connected to the families and individuals I serve. My background in teaching and banking has also given me valuable insights in real estate, enabling me to guide clients with expertise whether they are purchasing their first home or looking to invest in property.

In my personal life, I'm passionate about staying active-whether it's playing tennis, basketball, soccer, pickleball or riding my bike. I also love coaching and watching my kids' sports activities. Moved for work during COVID. Yvonne went the extra mile in 4 categories: the showings, the deal, repairs and my experience. Yvonne Skyped houses for my wife and I, constructed a solid deal that included first rights to neighboring land, went to bat so that the home was in top shape and worked around my long hours.Afterwards, Yvonne even closed on a house for a relative... in 2 days.

Yvonne was amazing with us throughout the whole process. We had tried with a couple realtors before and none of them compared. Yvonne does the legwork, the research, and tells it all to you. She is super friendly and worked with us through the whole process. I’d never use a different realtor. She understood that the house had to be just right and never once made us feel like we were wasting her time.(probably seen upwards of 25 houses). We never felt pressured or hurried. She stuck it out with us for months while we found and finalized on our amazing new house. She’s great, friendly, knowledgeable, and works to get the best for her clients. Plus she’s bilingual. :) thank you for making our house hunt that much easier Yvonne Flores! I’ll be recommending you to anybody and everybody I can. Our kids were even sad at closing when they found out they won’t be seeing her all the time. Hands down, the best realtor we have met!

I had a very difficult sale of my house and Yvonne was there with me helping me work through the issues one by one. She kept me calm throughout the contract to completion of the deal. She is very knowledgeable of the real state industry and ALWAYS kept communications open between me and the buyers. Best of all, she worked very hard and it was greatly appreciated by me.
