Hi, I’m Dana and I’m excited to share some info about me! I became really passionate about real estate three years ago when I began my own home buying process. There were so many details and rules and it was really overwhelming for a first-time home buyer like myself. I saw then that homebuyers of all experience levels and all budgets deserved someone who could help them through the process and help them to realize their homeownership goals with as little stress as possible. I am passionate about helping clients be prepared, supported and HAPPY at the end of the process.
My previous job as a teacher helps to support my ability to explain complicated topics in the negotiation, loan, and closing processes in a way that is easy to understand for my clients. Also, my jobs in volunteer recruitment and management in the last five years have taught me patience, flexibility, and persistence which are incredible assets in today’s market.
In my personal time, I work on updating and remodeling my 1922 bungalow and have recently gotten into flipping furniture! Who doesn’t love a makeover?! I enjoy all things crafting and art and absolutely love learning new skills. I am excited to walk alongside my clients and help them to reach their real estate goals.
