Irena Price is a Broker Associate and began her real estate career in 2006 here in the Fayetteville area. Irena was born and educated in Bulgaria, is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian and English, and received her Masters Degree in International Relations from Webster University in 2010.

This is the second time my wife and I have had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Price. She was very knowledgeable and her timeliness on getting everything accomplished was as usual, quick. For example, she had some medical stuff going on and still would get back to us within 20 to 30 minutes no matter what time of day it was and for this case it was at 9 o’clock at night. She is a real professional and among one of the best I’ve worked with. Not to mention that my parents and siblings have bought over five different houses with her. She has earned her keep with us! Most real estate agents will persuade you to think something that might not be in the best benefit of your family or maybe misleading, but Mrs. Price was honest and realistic with us throughout the entire process. We called Irena as the listing agent of a home we wanted to view, before we had made a commitment to any realtor. We had met a few, but from the very beginning, Irena was set apart from the rest of the pack. Throughout the entire process of seeking out a home with very specific needs and knowing that there would have to be some areas of compromise to stay in our school district, Irena was patient, understanding, responsive, authentic, transparent, and most of all, conveyed that she was there to support us in our goal of finding the right home. Not for one moment did we feel like this was just another sale, or just another client, or as if we represented a paycheck. Irena has a strong work ethic, takes great pride in her work every step of the way, kept in contact with us even while out of the country, and even went to bat for us when challenges arose. If you are bothered by great communication, someone who will make you feel like you are her friend (not just her realtor), someone who will share her wealth of experience, someone who will go over every detail tooth and nail catching things that you didn't, then you might need to consider your options. I could not have had a more relaxed feeling going into the closing of our home (that is saying a lot for me) and I owe it largely to how well we had ironed out details ahead of time. We were first time homebuyers, PCSing to Bragg. I had to come out here without my husband and was really nervous about the whole thing. We could not have gotten through this without Irena!! She was recommended to us from someone on the Ft. Bragg spouses Facebook page. She was very responsive from the very beginning, really listened to what we were looking for, was very helpful with walking us through all the details, and followed up on everything. We had issues with the seller not getting things done that they had agreed to do, and Irena fought for us the whole way. We could not have found a better realtor than Irena Price. We got an offer(and then sold) our house in 10 days, with over 8 showings in that time. She had sold our neighbors home, and came highly recommended to us. We met with her and got her undivided attention while we showed her our home and we went over the market in our area. Irena will truly impress you when she advocates for what you want. In our experience with her, she was already raising issues with the builder before we, as the buyers, could speak up. She was very knowledgeable of the complete buying process and went to bat for us when the builders tried to play hardball. Even after closing, Irena, continued to work with the builder to correct minor repairs; this was above and beyond service and you will not find a better agent in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas. She also worked with our lender on a lot of the 'busy work' in order to take some of the stress out of the process. She was very responsive to any of our requests and we never had to wait on her for anything. She is military friendly and works well with USAA. I was until recently an out-of-state landlord of a single family home in Fayetteville, NC. I chose Irena as my seller's agent based on high reviews here on zillow, and I was not disappointed. She handled everything from start to finish: market analysis (her sales price estimate was spot-on), walk-through of the home to determine what work needed to be done to sell quickly and maximize ROI, soliciting bids from 3 contractors (one never actually bid) to do the repairs, inspecting the completed work and sending pics, forwarding bills I needed to pay, and managing any and all paperwork that I needed to review and sign. She took steps to maintain the property during construction, marketing, and while under contract prior to closing (hired landscaper to mow as needed, cleaner to clean up after repair work, turned up t-stats when sub-freezing temps predicted, checked on property following any severe weather). She kept me on top of all necessary paperwork every step of the way, with the appropriate amount of nudging via email/text/phone when I would occasionally become busy and unresponsive. Throughout the entire process of seeking out a home with very specific needs and knowing that there would have to be some areas of compromise to stay in our school district, Irena was patient, understanding, responsive, authentic, transparent, and most of all, conveyed that she was there to support us in our goal of finding the right home. Not for one moment did we feel like this was just another sale, or just another client, or as if we represented a paycheck. Irena has a strong work ethic, takes great pride in her work every step of the way, kept in contact with us even while out of the country, and even went to bat for us when challenges arose. If you are bothered by great communication, someone who will make you feel like you are her friend (not just her realtor), someone who will share her wealth of experience, someone who will go over every detail tooth and nail catching things that you didn't, then you might need to consider your options. Irena did a fantastic job in selling my house. She toured the house and made suggestions about how to prepare the house for sale. She suggested cleaning services and tradesmen to use. When the house was ready she listed it on Friday afternoon and had the first showing that evening. We had four potential buyers in three days. That wasn't good enough for her...she negotiated a higher price and I accepted the highest offer, which was more than the asking price. From listing to sale in five days...I was impressed. We had a great experience working with Irena Price. From the moment we first contacted her, she would respond to our emails within an hour (it didn't seem to matter what time of day we emailed her; she always responded promptly). My husband was in Georgia for training, and I was in Oregon, so we had limited time and opportunities to visit Fayetteville. My husband drove up to Fayetteville on two weekends (one Saturday and one Sunday). Irena worked around our schedule, and arranged many house visits for the two days my husband was able to be in Fayetteville. On the second day of visiting, we found a house we loved. This was our first time buying a house, and Irena walked us through the process, answered all our questions, helped us through a difficult negotiation, made sure all the inspections were done quickly and on time (she even managed to get us a Saturday home inspection so we could both be there, at a time when home inspectors were booked solid), and kept us apprised of the progress in getting all needed repairs done. She did a great job! We are military and were on a time crunch. We had a list of houses we wanted to look at and got to see all them the first day. None of our picks turned out to be what we were looking for. That night she made a list for us based on how we felt about the houses we already looked at and we found the right house the next day. Irena is a knowledgeable, professional, and reliable realtor. When selling/buying a house, it is not the company that is important; it is the realtor utilized. I say this because it just happend here with Coldwell Banker. I bought my house from them in Feb 2012. From APR 2014-Mid July 2014, I was trying to get my house sold utilizing Coldwell Banker. It did not sell and ended up renting it out (worst nightmare ever). Nov 2015 the tenants were evicted and I went to fix the house up. Irena viewed the house before and after and listened to what I was doing and provided great recommendations. Around 15 Dec 2015 the house was on the market and in contract status by 01 FEB 2016. She guided me from time I got the house back in my possession to the time it was closed. She made the experience of selling a house pleasant verse stressful. Communication was on par. Residents and Veterans, For two home sales in 28304 and 28306, we hired Irena Stewart @ Coldwell Banker. Irena is a 'Go Getter' who handles business for you, like a realtor should, with high energy and motivation. She sells more because she does more. We tried the others and finally found The One! There are about 1,500 realtors in Fayetteville, NC. A lot of those realtors are passive or simply new to the Fayetteville 'slow roll' game. Irena will truly impress you when she advocates for what you want. In our experience with her, she was already raising issues with the builder before we, as the buyers, could speak up. She was very knowledgeable of the complete buying process and went to bat for us when the builders tried to play hardball. Even after closing, Irena, continued to work with the builder to correct minor repairs; this was above and beyond service and you will not find a better agent in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas. Irena was very helpful during my home selling experience. I travel constantly and needed someone who would be able to guide me through the process and be available during "off duty hours". She was very knowledgeable with the area and supplied suggestions but also listened to my needs and desires on pricing and negotiations/counteroffers. With her help, I received an offer in 1 week and sold about 45 days later. She took care of coordinating repair appointments and payment to contractor.
