BACKGROUND: I grew up in Wilson County, North Carolina and have lived in North Carolina my entire life, the past 13 years in Apex. I graduated from Wilson Christian School, Pitt Community College (Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies), and East Carolina University (Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice). Professionally, I have worked as paralegal and claims adjuster. I now have the pleasure of working in real estate and helping people buy and sell homes.

Kathy was there for us every step of our real estate journey. She was both our listing agent and our buyer agent. When we decided to put our home on the market it was driven by health issues. We weren’t sure how long it would take to sell since it was over six months since anything was on the market in our neighborhood. Kathy showed us a market analysis of our home and guided us to a very fair listing price. She put it in MLS on Thursday evening and we went under contract by Saturday. With a 30 day close.Now Kathy became our buyer agent. There was literally nothing for sale in the area we had decided to locate. Homes we had seen went under contract that we had seen in days. Finally we found one that was listed priced over our set budget. Kathy is AMAZING. She did an incredible job of being thorough and explaining all of the processes we were going through as first time home buyers. She was extremely patient with my fiance and I and our families. We are from the North so there are some different things you deal with buying a house in NC, like due diligence. She spent many times explaining this to us and why they have it. She stood by us every step of the way and she always made sure she was with me for everything (home inspection, engineer inspection, closing, etc...) The most reliable, understanding, kind, patient, and knowledgeable agent my family and I have every had the pleasure of working with.
