Born and raised in former Yugoslavia where I attended school from 1st through 13 grades. In 1970 I went to West Germany to work with the goal to save money and then return home to finish school for Mechanical Drafting. My sponsor had a job for me in my hometown of Tesanj, Bosnia, waiting for me after I finished school.
While I was in Germany I met my husband, who was an American Soldier, we lived in Germany for the next seven and half years then we were transferred to Fort Bragg, NC in 1977. The only job I could find due to the language barrier was in the food service industry. I made many good friends while working in this capacity and still keep in touch with them.
I learned very quickly that in order to support me and my family I needed to advance to a management position. AAFEES offered a wonderful opportunity to become a food manager at KFC. This position introduced me to many people who were real estate agents who would comment that I should be one of them because of people skills and my passion for helping others.
In 1986 I decided to make another career change and ever since I became a Realtor I have never regretted my decision. It is the most rewarding job I have ever had. My customers are my FAMILY! My hobbies include: reading, sewing, working outdoors, painting pictures, crafts, baking, classical music, swimming, walking. I love God first and am blessed that I have a very full life. I have three sons and one grandson who will be three in January 2010. Grandma Edina.
She is great, worked with her for about 20 years. very helpful, hard working lady that will work tirelessly to find you the place you need.
Edina remained professional throughout the entire process. She answered my calls and texts no matter what day of the week or time of day. She had a continuous positive attitude even during difficult times. I would 100% reccomend Edina!
Edina kept in contact with us and emailed every new listing that fit our criteria. She stayed with us even when the first sale didn't go through. Coldwell Banker made it so all we had to do is pick out a house!
