I was born and raised in Vietnam. My family moved to America when I was 18 years old. We have moved from CA to CO and finally called NC home for 7 years.
Being able to buy a house in NC was a great life-changing milestone for my family, and I’m sure it is the dream of many people. And when we sold our first house, we did not know what to do and were worried about many things. Through all that, I have learned a lot for my real estate journey. In my previous career as a nail technician and a certified nursing assistant, I learned how to be attentive to details, communicate well with clients/ patients to understand what they want and need, and from there set goals and plans, and actively take action to achieve it.
