I have been relocated 3 times with my husband, so I know how difficult it can be to have to find the right home in a short amount of time. I have lived in Atlanta, Boca Raton, Manhattan, Rhode Island, and now Chapel Hill. I have bought and sold homes in all. I have been in real estate for 15 years, but I spent 10 years as a stockbroker on Wall Street. I have been professionally trained in the art of negotiation. In my free time, I am a gourmet cook, love to taste new wines, and am often referred to as a "Dog Whisperer". I adopted my rescue dog, Candy, after Hurricane Katrina.
