I have lived in the Triad now for almost 25 years! I attended Wesleyan Christian Academy K-12 and then graduated from Appalachian State University in 2008. I have been married 8 years and my wife and I have 3 kids, Greyson 5, Everett 3 and our 1 year old daughter Landon! I am down to earth, energetic, and a fun guy to be around. I love spending time with my friends at High Rock Lake and Ocean Isle Beach. I have always had a passion for real estate and I hope I get the chance to work with you!

I have already recommended Mark to my closest family members. If you are lucky enough to secure Mark—do it! Mark was initially referred to me by a luxury NYC brokerage after they found him based on his sales and reputation and interviewed him and members of his firm for no less than an hour. With the brokerage’s stamp of approval I moved forward—and Mark exceeded every expectation. Not only did Mark execute every duty at the highest level, he saw around corners and ensured I was ready for everything in advance. For example, he found what I thought was a perfect home, but I had a question about the backyard—within 15 min, he was touring the home via videoconference. As the house was hot, we drove from out of state to see it—Mark prepared an offer for our signature when we toured the house, which completely streamlined the process. We found a beautiful home to purchase and the entire process was smooth and easy. He was particularly skilled at negotiations after our home inspection, which was really appreciated. He was phenomenal in his scheduling of inspections, coordinating with lenders and attorneys for closing, and reminders for items we needed to do on our end. If you're looking for someone to help you find your dream home. Look no further. This guy is the best! We were at an open house and he was just helping a colleague that day but he treated it like it was his listing. That caught our eyes. His work ethic!! We knew that we had found that someone to help us find our new home. Mark is a text or call away. Response time is immediate or within couple of minutes. He even kept close communication with us while he was on vacation. Mark makes sure you understand the process. He is very detail and formal. Mark is indeed AWESOME! We had our house on the market for a while and when Mark was assigned to help us sell our house, we got showings and offers really quick. Mark worked around my husband truck driving schedule to help us find the house we just bought. Communication is the KEY and Mark is just that! He kept us informed on both ends and just a few weeks apart we sold and bought a house in the same month. Again thank you for all you have done to make our selling and buying experience easy.

Mark was super helpful and quick to respond to our limited timeline of relocation. We were looking to relocate from New England to Greensboro, NC and Mark completely went above and beyond our expectations by being flexible and was able to get us into at least 10 homes within a couple of days during a short visit with no advance notice. He paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home and picked up on our preferences very quickly. He is a great communicator and extremely personable. We could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend him to anyone!
