Lina was the most impressive and hard working individual that I met in my 2 years of living and owning property in North Carolina. We bought and lived in our house for one year before relocating out of state. We did not want to sell our house that quickly, so we decided to rent our house for one year. Lina owned a short term rental close by our house, so I reached out to her to see if she could managed our property if we got it rented. She took our project on and helped us manage the house for our second year of owning the house. Lina took care of everything within that year. We were completely stress free while living 600 miles away. After working with us on managing our property for a year, Lina suggested listing it for sale. We were happy to have her list it, and it went pending for full price within the first day. Only hiccup was that we were to fix a few things that showed up on the inspection report prior to closing. Lina has a handful of awesome handymen that took care of our hiccups. They did a great job with the repairs. We closed on our house when we were supposed to. It worked out perfect. We would not have been able to do it without Lina! You will not go wrong working with her. She truly is happy to help people! Hire her!
