I have spent the last eighteen years working on houses, everything for masonry to carpentry. I worked on a crew that built luxury vacation homes and another that remodeled bathrooms and kitchens. My experience in this field has been paramount in my real estate career. Working directly with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians has given me an eye for functional repair as well as potential problems associated with long term home ownership. 

When I am not assisting my clients my wife Kat and I spend our time with our five dogs: Louise, Frankie, Melvin, Lemmy, and Spudz. We like to play music, disc golf,  and support our local Carolina Thunderbirds.
