Home is where we are most comfortable. It's where we want to go relax after a long day. I believe
everyone should have the opportunity to find and live in their dream home. Buying, selling, and
even moving into a home can be stressful. My goal is to help make the process easier, and less
stressful. As your Realtor, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
I’ve been in the service industry for over 20 years. I’ve also worked as a CNA II and been a
caregiver for my family. I have a servant’s heart, with a drive and passion, for helping others.
I’m hard-working, honest, and detail-oriented.
I was born and raised in Winston-Salem. I currently live in Pfafftown with my husband Josh, my
little boy Finnegan, and my big dog Walter. I love this area and couldn’t imagine calling
anywhere else home. I enjoy planning parties and weddings. My favorite things are coffee, a
good book, bowling, and most of all spending time with my family.

Chasity is an excellent example of what a real estate agent could be! I was quite particular in what I was looking for and had a multitude of questions which she was always able to accommodate for. And in the event there was something required for research, there was always a guarantee it would be delivered in a timely manner. A very friendly and earnest agent who you can easily warm up to when going through such a difficult process. However, at the same time would never put you in a position where you are purchasing a potential mistake. She was very upfront and honest while assisting in home selection and gave honest ideas and opinions to assist my in finding exactly what I was looking for. I am a single homeowner, and Chasity went way above and beyond any expectations I may have had of an agent. Because I am single and have to work, there were many time when I was not available to be at my home for inspectors and workers that needed access to my home prior to selling. Chasity was always available when I could not be there. Speaking of repairs...... she was my point of contact arranging said repairs. She was really amazing to work with. I believe she understands the real estate market and she made me comfortable throughout the process. If at any time in the future, whether buying or selling a home, if it’s in her ‘area of operation’ I would not want to work with anyone else.
