John “Jay” Kjelson serves the Commercial and Residential needs of clients anywhere in the North Carolina area. He is a Broker and a member in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Realtors as well the Winston Salem Board or Realtors as a Commercial Realtor.

Prior to Mr. Kjelson’s career as a Commercial Broker, he worked for nearly thirty years in the Luxury furniture and Interior Design market. Mr. Kjelson also has a background in the Life Insurance industry where he worked for several years.

John grew up in the South Florida area, attending the University of Miami, and met his wife Margee shortly thereafter. Together, they have raised seven kids and are the proud grandparents to seven Grandchildren. They call North Carolina...Home.
