Selling a home is always such a stressful thing but Leah had no trouble taking control and leading me through the process where I felt taken care of and serviced by a professional. She walked the home, noticing every detail from the cabinets to a visual inspection of the roof. You could tell this wasnt her first rodeo. She knew what inspectors and buyers would flag and helped by giving me a punch list on the necessary repairs and provided me with optional updates that would help provide added value and she said possibly a higher sales price. I chose to have her team take care of the updates and staging the property but she also gives you the option to do it yourself. We got several excellent offers and were under contract over asking within 2 weeks! I am a retired older lady and I couldnt be more happy with Leah and her team for everything they did. I was able to downsize to a smaller a home in FL we she found for me too. She is licensed in FL as well. It was nice to be taken care of by someone capable. I am very happy and I would highly recommend her services. I am very satisfied. I dont plan on moving again for a long time but I would definitely use her again if I did.
Leah was wonderful from start to finish. The condo application process is always a challenge for client to process Condo application ( and my first time renting my condo) but Leah was unflappable- and found, screened and secured the tenant and supported the tenant through the whole process.
